Working principle of wood shaving baler

It has 3 cylinders: filling cylinder, compress cylinder, and discharge cylinder.

It can control the weight of filled material by controlling volume of filled material automatically.

The material bin is divided into 2 parts: storage bin and compress bin. The storage bin can connect to larger storage bin externally, or directly to a belt conveyor or screw conveyor. 

The blanking volume of compress bin can be adjusted by shifting the travel switch of compress cylinder. 

The outlet size and press force can be customized. The normal outlet size is 420*220mm, bale length is 650mm. Operation needs 2 workers.
